Villas in Poreč

About Poreč

Poreč is a town of roughly 16,600 people around a harbour sheltered by the small island of Sveti Nikola. The old town still follows its Roman street plan, with the Decumanus and Cardo Maximus, and the Euphrasian Basilica, rebuilt in the 6th century, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. Tourist zones run along about 37 km of shoreline, from Plava Laguna, Zelena Laguna and Brulo south of town to Lanterna and Červar Porat to the north. Brulo has water sports, an aquapark and pine shade. Our homes are spread out across the area around the town, mostly compact houses and apartments with air conditioning, and a good share have a garden or a pool. Many hotels here open only from April to October, so the resort side quietens in winter.
