About Port d'Alcúdia
Port d'Alcúdia is the seaside end of Alcúdia, where most of the hotels are and the restaurants cluster around the marina. A beach of roughly 14 km runs from Alcúdia as far as Ca'n Picafort, and coves to the north and west suit swimming and snorkelling. The homes sit around the town rather than in one block, and most sleep around six and have air conditioning, though only a minority have a private pool. Alcúdia's old town, inside a 14th century wall, is a short trip away and you can walk along the top of the wall. The s'Albufera nature park lies beside Playa de Muro. Most of the marina restaurants open only in the tourist season.
