The Riviera dei Fiori coastal cycle path, about 24 km long, runs from San Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti, passing through the old centre of Riva Ligure, Arma di Taggia and Sanremo, and alternates between bridges, tunnels, small villages and views of the sea. The homes are packed into one small area, mostly sized for around five, and none has a private pool. Imperia is about 20 minutes away by car. Along this coast the beaches are a mix of wide sand and pebble, so check before you book if you need one or the other. The Riviera dei Fiori is visited all year thanks to its mild climate.
