Without having to use stairs, the entrance leads directly into an open-plan living room with a spacious sofa and TV. The kitchen area is located towards the right. It is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, water carbonator etc. The dining table with 4 chairs is situated between the living area and kitchen area. The bathroom features a frameless shower, WC, and sink. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a partial wall. It is furnished with a large double bed and a spacious closet with sliding doors, offering lots of storage space. Upon request, you may use the owner's washing machine and dryer.
