The space

• This is a pretty 3 1/2 roomed duplex apartment, which has been lovingly decorated. From the entrance, you come straight into the dining-kitchen area, which in turn leads out onto the balcony. The balcony is furnished with garden chairs, so that you can comfortably enjoy the view in the sunshine. Up one flight of stairs is the second floor, which has a generous living room. Towards the back of the upper floor, are a bathroom with a bathtub and shower over and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a double bed with two single mattresses.
