Holiday home in a quiet area in Kemi, own beach Bay of Bothnia approx. 40 m. The property is ideal for families or small groups who value peace and easy access to services. Kemi city center and train station are only a short drive away. The house was built in 1962 and partially renovated in 2015. The spacious and bright house has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6, a cozy and bright living room with an open fireplace. There is accommodation for a total of six people in three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed (width 180 cm). Bedroom 2: two single beds (width 80 cm). Bedroom 3: bunk bed (width 80 cm). Hallway, 2 x toilet, dressing room, shower and sauna with electric heater. Behind the house there is a yard with direct access to the beach, distance approx. 40 m. The beach is shallow and is well suited for children to play or for a peaceful evening by the water. The shore of the yard is soft and gently deepens. There is no pier or boat. Heated garage for 1 car.
