Are you looking for an easy and cozy base in the heart of nature, without the adventure of a long road? This 35 m² holiday apartment is located about 88 kilometers southeast of Oulu, right next to Rokua National Park, in a peaceful semi-detached house. The building was constructed in 1988, and the apartment has been thoughtfully updated, including a renovated kitchen and bedroom floors completed in 2025. Everything is conveniently located on the same level. The bright combined kitchen/living room is a pleasant place to spend the evening, with ample space for dining and relaxing. There are two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm wide double bed and the other with an 80 cm wide bunk bed. The living room has direct access to a terrace that spans the width of the apartment, inviting you for morning coffee or evening moments in nature. The lower level includes a washroom and an electric sauna, and there is a locked storage area outside for outdoor equipment. The low loft has mattresses and offers a private space, perfect for the youngest family members. Access to the loft is via steep stairs.
