The two-story wooden villa is located just 100 meters from the shoreline. The villa has a unique collection of works of art by Finnish artists. Located 26 km east of Mikkeli, 100 m from Lake Saimaa, with a hard, gently sloping sandy beach and a shared rowing boat. Wooden semi-detached villa built in 2008, living room/kitchen, toilet, washroom and electric sauna, covered terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with two beds and their own toilet, shower and balcony. The villa has underfloor heating and cooling during the summer.
