Villa unari

90 km north of Rovaniemi. Lake Unarinjärvi 20 m (length 20 km, breadth 5 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom and pier. Villa Unari is a cozy and well-equipped 85 m² woody cabin built in 1992 and renovated in 2016. It's located by the beautiful lake Unarijärvi near the mouth of the river Meltausjoki. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen with fireplace, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with a double bed, washroom, toilet, glassed-in porch, open veranda. On the loft 4 beds and living area. In addition, a separate sauna building with a steam room (wood stove), bathroom (shower) and living room with fireplace and terrace. Washing machine in sauna building. Charging an electric car must always be agreed with the owner in advance. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Cottage can be rented for maximum 8 persond and additionally extra beds for maximum 4 persons can be arranged in sofa beds for additional fee. Two boxes of firewood are included in the price (one for the sauna and one for the cabin) and after that the owner charges 7€/box for firewood.
