DescriptionEquipment and special features of the apartment The Casa Alpetta is a modern, romantic 6.5-room chalet for 7-9 people in a quiet, sunny location. The house is situated to the south on a side street and has a breathtaking view of the mountains of Grisons. In a few minutes on foot, you reach the slope to the valley station of the ski destination Flims Laax Falera. The luxurious chalet is tastefully furnished. The large living area on the ground floor with an open, fully equipped kitchen and fireplace offers plenty of space for a cosy get-together. Thanks to the generous window fronts in the living room, you have a wonderful view of nature and the imposing Flimser Stein. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this house. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the apartment. You can park in the garage box as well as outside. The beds will be freshly covered before your arrival, towels, shower towels and kitchen towels are ready for you. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price. Location and surroundings The apartment is about 1km away from the centre of Flims, with shops, bars and restaurants. The cable cars are a short ski run from the house.
