Villa joutsen

Villa Joutsen is a spacious and well-equipped rental cottage set in beautiful scenery for a comfortable and peaceful holiday. 68 km southeast of Savonlinna, 30 m from Lake Saimaa, hard, child-friendly sandy beach, pier and rowing boat. Log cottage 2006, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one with a single bed and bunk beds, toilet and shower in the bathroom, electric heater in the sauna. The year-round lakeside sauna has a wood-burning stove, washing water from the heater tank. There is an outdoor hot tub on the sauna terrace for free use. There is a gazebo on the shore and a year-round sleeping shed with a double bed for two. In front of the cottage there is a large terrace with a canopy and a gas grill, and a viewing platform towards the lake. Pets under 10 kg are allowed for an additional fee per pet.
