A parking space in the garage is reserved for you. In the basement, there is a ski room and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. During the winter season, the shuttle bus stops directly in front of the house and takes you conveniently to the Flims valley station. The Caumasee can be reached in about 15 minutes, and the Crestasee in about 30 minutes on foot. The valley station in Flims, with various shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 1.2 km away.
