Lammenranta

A cozy cottage in a quiet location on the shore of the small Matkuslampi pond. Distance from cottage to shore is 20m. The cottage has a spacious covered terrace with space to spend a summer day or sit in the evening. There is a campfire site on the beach, where you can enjoy the twilight of a summer evening in the glow of a campfire. Location 72 km northeast of Jyväskylä, 30 m to the beach (Matkuslampi), log cabin (1973), which was completely renovated in 2024. The living room has a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm bed). Double bed in the bedroom. In the living room there is a fireplace, a kitchenette and a dining set for four. The cottage has a bathroom with a shower and an electric toilet. There is a wood-heated sauna on the beach. In connection with the sauna, there is a small dressing room and a shower. It is a short distance from the sauna to the lake along the terrace. The beach is a quickly deepening mud beach. You can easily swim from your own pier. A rowing boat is available at the cottage. There is a separate small sleeping hut in the yard with one place to sleep. Sleeping hut´s bed is an alternative bed. However, the maximum number of people allowed in the cabin is 4 people. You are not allowed to bring a hot tube to the destination (as well as to other Lomarengas destinations)
