Is this accommodation available?
All availability can be viewed by clicking on highlighted dates on the calendar above, this will display all available periods and rental prices for the chosen accommodation. This is a live system and Trusted Villas aims to have its availability calendar up to date at all times and there
can sometimes be occasions when the property has just been booked and is no longer available.
Once you have selected the dates you require and continue to the booking page a live check will be completed on the accommodation availability.
Can I book alternative dates?
All availability is shown online that the property can be booked for, we can occasionally negotiate alternative arrival dates direct. Unfortunately many properties will only accept full week rentals Sat to Sat during the peak season months to avoid having partial empty weeks, if a property accepts
different arrival and departure dates they will be shown in the calendar.

What is the price I pay?
The full price of the holiday rental is show when you select the date you wish to travel. When you have chosen the date you wish to travel you will be shown a full break down of the costs and any additional costs like deposit that will have to be paid in resort.
How do I book?
Seelct the dates you wish to rent from the calendar above and click 'Book Now' next to the dates you wish to travel and you will be directed to our secure booking system where you can review the total price and select any additional items from the options i.e. cots, extra beds and pets etc, you will be required to enter your details and confirm the booking. Once the booking has been submitted you will receive full details from the
rental agent, your booking is not completed until you have received the booking voucher/confirmation from the agent.
