Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of De Haan, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, on a side street. For shared use: garden (not fenced). Tennis, basketball, boules. Central parking spaces. Shop 300 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 350 m, tram 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, riding stables 3 km. Nearby attractions: Plopsaland 50 km. Please note: car essential. The photograph is a typical example. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The Orchidee/Acacia residence is part of a holiday village. Some of the facilities (pool) are no longer in use and often not in good shape. The apartments itselfs are simple but in good condition and fine if you would like to stay close to the coast and make trips to Bruges, Oostende or Gent. The final cleaning is not a complete cleaning. You need to do the washing-up and to sort the garbage. If the cleaning team needs more than 1 hour to clean this will be settled with the caution.
